Dr. Bach's Flower Essence

Dr. Bach was a physician and homeopath, who lived in the 1930's. He believed that our health is closely connected to our mental health. He felt that if we could keep our emotional self healthy then our physical health will follow.
By studying plants and flowers, Dr. Bach, developed a program that would help heal his patients emotional well being. He developed essences that contained all the positive energies from the plants and flowers. His studies and findings became known as Bach’s Flower Essence.
The program identified 38 essences derived from using plants, flowers and trees. Dr. Bach then grouped these essences into 7 emotion-based categories: Fear, Uncertainty, Insufficient interest despair, Overcare for the welfare of others.
